ASK & ACT Program Application

Our ASK & ACT Program was developed to give youth the confidence to have peer-to-peer conversations surrounding mental health. We offer this program for FREE to youth-based organizations throughout the Chicagoland area. If your organization does not have time for this 1.5 to 2-hour program, we also offer it in a 1-hour presentation form. Please note that the presentation does not include any hands-on projects or take-home bags.

Projects Included in ASK & ACT: 

  • Self-Expression Canvas Bags

  • ASK & ACT Conversation Handout

  • Positive Affirmation Cards

  • Compliment Cards

Youth will also go home with a bag full of additional promo items and resource guides about everything they’ve learned.

Hours: 1.5 to 2-hour program

Cost: Free!

Location: We come to your school or organization in the Chicagoland area
